When I took Emilee to school this week... I found this gem hanging in the hallway...

Yes, this is my daughter, Emilee's first ever self-portrait : ) such a proud moment for this mommy!

To create her self portrait, my child spent time looking at her facial features in a mirror and then she would practice, and then draw what she saw.

Patient teachers + natural talent = : )

Personally, I think she did a fantastic job!
